Role Description:
You'll work closely with the Studio Manager to support the setup, operation and breakdown of daily livestreams, bringing hands-on studio and production experience to a busy, fast-paced environment. This is a permanent role with real ownership from day one, ideal for someone who already has some studio, broadcast or production background and wants to build on it in live commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
Livestream & Technical Setup
- Set up and operate livestream systems (e.g. OBS/vMix or similar)
- Operate cameras and support basic vision mixing across multi-camera setups
- Set up and mix live audio for broadcasts
- Monitor live stream quality and signal, troubleshooting issues in real time during broadcasts
Studio & Set Operations
- Build, move and break down studio sets
- Set up and adjust studio lighting
- Handle cables, stands, tripods and studio equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe studio environment
TikTok Shop & Live Commerce Support
- Prepare products for live streams, ensuring correct placement and presentation on set
- Support run-of-show preparation ahead of broadcasts
- Support presenters and the Studio Manager during live shopping broadcasts
Equipment & Technical Admin
- Manage equipment storage, basic maintenance checks, kit lists and studio inventory
- Provide production admin support as needed
- Support general day-to-day studio operations, including cover for the Studio Manager where needed
We’re looking for:
- This role suits someone with prior studio, broadcast or production experience who is:
- Confident working independently with cameras, sound equipment, computers and technical kit
- Experienced in live or studio production environments
- Practical, reliable and calm under pressure during live broadcasts
- Organised, with strong attention to detail across varied tasks
- Comfortable taking ownership and troubleshooting on the fly
- A good communicator, happy supporting a small, fast-moving team
