  • Resolve cash reconciliation differences between internal ledgers and cash agent balances within defined timeframes, again with a clear understanding of CASS implications
  • Escalate issues to your supervisor promptly
  • QA daily workload to prioritise effectively, identify errors and provide workable resolutions
  • Recommend process improvements, evaluating risk and control impact
  • Liaise with operating and business units to flag processing issues and ensure cross-firm collaboration
  • Proactively manage the client experience, adhering to SLAs and communicating professionally
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required
  • Maintain and update internal systems and procedures to ensure data integrity and consistent communication across the team
  • Stay abreast of the financial industry, market conditions, regulation and the firm's products and services
  • Adhere to all relevant FCA requirements and compliance standards

What You'll Bring

  • Solid understanding of global corporate events and the wider securities industry
  • Knowledge of the UK impact on book costs arising from CA processing, including apportionment based on first-day market values
  • Good working knowledge of SWIFT message formats
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)
  • Ideally degree educated (or equivalent) with financial services experience
  • Experience in private banking, mutual funds or investment advisory is preferred, alongside industry knowledge of asset management and investment processing

  • A process-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects to tight deadlines
  • A genuine team player who supports collective outcomes and collaboration
