Court of Protection Associate Solicitor – Manchester – Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A leading law firm is seeking a Court of Protection Associate Solicitor in Manchester to join its award-winning Private Client team.

As a Court of Protection Associate Solicitor in Manchester, you’ll manage a high-quality caseload of Property and Affairs matters while supporting the growth of a well-established and highly regarded team.

This role offers excellent progression, strong supervision opportunities and access to complex, high-value work.

The Role

• Managing a caseload of Property and Affairs Court of Protection matters
• Handling high-value and complex applications
• Supporting clients, families and professional deputies
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Working closely with senior colleagues on complex cases
• Ensuring work is delivered efficiently and profitably
• Maintaining high levels of client care
• Supporting team growth and development

The Candidate

• 4+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive in Court of Protection or Private Client
• Experience handling Property and Affairs COP matters
• Strong client care and commercial awareness
• Confident managing deadlines and caseloads
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail
• Collaborative and professional approach
• Experience supervising junior staff desirable
