Job Title - Account Designer – Commercial Workplace Design
Location: London
Salary: Up to £60,000 (depending on experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Designer to join one of London's leading Design & Build companies. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded designer who enjoys building strong client relationships while managing workplace projects from concept through to completion.
Working as the key point of contact for your clients, you'll oversee multiple projects, ensuring exceptional service, creative design solutions, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial workplace design projects from initial brief through to completion.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Develop creative workplace design solutions that meet client objectives, programme and budget.
- Coordinate with design, technical and project delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead client meetings, presentations and design reviews.
- Manage project programmes and ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and generate repeat business.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards while exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
- Previous experience within Commercial Workplace Design or Design & Build.
- Excellent client relationship and account management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and project coordination experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
