* The 4-on-4-off shift pattern is a rotating schedule where employees work four consecutive shifts (typically 12 hours) followed by four consecutive days off.

Pay rates:
* 12.71 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse operative:
* Previous warehouse experience
* Ability to work within a chilled environment
* Ability to work a 4-on-4-off shift pattern
* Must live in the Spalding area

Role for Warehouse operative:
* Picking and packing customer orders accurately
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Operating warehouse equipment as required
* Monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies
