Compliance Manager

We're partnering with a growing private credit fund that is looking to appoint an experienced Compliance Manager to join its London-based team.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the fund's day-to-day compliance function in a broad, hands-on role. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing the compliance monitoring programme

• Maintaining and enhancing compliance policies and procedures

• Overseeing Financial Crime and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) frameworks

• Managing regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions

• Reviewing and approving marketing materials

• Providing regulatory advice to senior stakeholders, including horizon scanning and assessing the impact of regulatory developments

We're looking to speak with candidates who have 4–6 years' compliance experience within a private markets fund, ideally with exposure to private credit or private debt.

This role is ideal for an ambitious compliance professional who is excited by the opportunity to join a growing platform, work closely with senior leadership, and play a key role in shaping the firm's compliance function.
