Our client is a well-established teaching and training practice serving approximately 16,000 patients near Bicester and the surrounding area. They are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Salaried GP to join their friendly and supportive clinical team for 6 – 8 sessions per week.

The Role

You will provide high-quality, person-centred care through face-to-face and telephone consultations, with occasional home visits where clinically appropriate.
Responsibilities include managing acute and long-term conditions, prescribing in line with guidelines, maintaining accurate clinical records, and completing clinical administration efficiently.

A typical GP session includes

• 17 booked appointments
• Follow-up capacity equivalent to 8 appointments
• Up to 10 tasks (e.g. Prescriptions, fit notes, results)
• Dedicated administrative time
• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
• Registered on the National Performers List
• Experience working in General Practice/Primary Care
• Enhanced DBS clearance

Desirable

• Experience with EMIS Web
• QOF experience
• Clinical special interest or leadership experience
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
