Associate Healthcare Architect Job Fitzrovia

Fitzrovia | £60,000 – £70,000 | Hybrid and flexible working arrangements

Hunter Dunning is working with a healthcare-focused team delivering large-scale hospital schemes from a modern Fitzrovia studio. This senior technical role focuses on complex hospital projects, multidisciplinary coordination, regulatory compliance and coordinated Revit information

production.

Your Experience

• Qualified architect with substantial healthcare or hospital architecture experience

• Experience contributing to large-scale hospital schemes

• Advanced Revit skills across coordinated project information

• Strong knowledge of current UK Building Regulations

• Ability to coordinate consultants, contractors and specialist healthcare stakeholders

• Knowledge of Healthcare Building Notes and Health Technical Memoranda is desirable

• Confident technical leadership and project decision-making skills
