Eden Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Executive Assistant

Job description

Senior Executive Assistant

West End, London | Circa £80,000 + Bonus & Exceptional Benefits | Hybrid Working

Three days per week in the office, increasing to four during the probation period

We are partnering with a highly regarded global investment business to appoint a Senior Executive Assistant to support three influential leaders: a C-suite executive, a member of the Global Leadership Committee and a Managing Director within the Investments division.

This is a genuinely high-profile opportunity, supporting executives who operate on an international scale within one of the industry's most respected investment firms. Working at the heart of the business, you'll become a trusted partner, ensuring your executives can focus on strategic priorities, investment activity and stakeholder relationships whilst you seamlessly manage the operational demands of their day-to-day responsibilities.

One of the executives spends more than 100 days each year travelling internationally, making this a role for someone who enjoys managing complex global logistics, anticipating challenges before they arise and operating with confidence in an ever-changing environment. Success in this position will come from building trusted relationships, exercising sound judgement and becoming a genuine extension of the executives you support.

You'll also join a highly regarded Executive Assistant team, working alongside experienced peers in a collaborative environment where professionalism, discretion and teamwork are genuinely valued.

The Role

  • Providing dedicated Executive Assistant support to a C-suite executive, a member of the Global Leadership Committee and a Managing Director within the Investments division.
  • Building trusted partnerships with senior leaders, anticipating priorities and acting as a genuine extension of the executives you support.
  • Managing exceptionally complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple international time zones.
  • Coordinating extensive global travel, including multi-stop itineraries, visas and complex logistics.
  • Organising investor meetings, leadership meetings, conferences and international travel schedules.
  • Preparing presentations, briefing packs and executive documentation to an exceptional standard.
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, exercising excellent judgement and complete discretion.
  • Acting as the central point of contact between the executives and stakeholders across the global business.
  • Monitoring competing priorities and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts before they arise.
  • Managing expenses, correspondence and day-to-day executive administration.
  • Providing occasional personal support where required.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless support across the business.

About You

  • Significant Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives, Global Heads, Managing Directors, Partners or other senior leaders within private equity, private credit, investment management, asset management, investment banking or another fast-paced financial services environment.
  • Extensive experience managing highly complex diaries, international travel and constantly changing priorities.
  • Experience supporting executives with demanding international schedules.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to build credibility at the highest levels.
  • Excellent judgement, with the confidence to make decisions independently and know when to escalate.
  • Naturally proactive, resilient and solutions-focused, anticipating needs before you've been asked.
  • A collaborative approach and genuine enjoyment of building long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders.

What's on Offer

  • Circa £80,000 depending on experience.
  • Competitive bonus and exceptional benefits package.
  • Hybrid working with three days per week in the office, increasing to four during the probation period.
  • Opportunity to partner with three highly influential leaders within a globally recognised investment business.
  • Join one of the City's most respected Executive Assistant teams.
  • A collaborative culture where Executive Assistants are viewed as genuine business partners.
  • Long-term career development within a stable, international organisation.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant looking to operate at the highest level within a globally recognised investment business. Offering exposure to senior leadership, genuine autonomy and the opportunity to become a trusted partner to three influential executives, this role combines pace, variety and long-term career development within a collaborative and high-performing environment.
