New Home Sales Consultant

An exciting opportunity for you to join an expanding developer who are looking to add a New Homes Consultant to one of their developments in the outskirts of Edinburgh.

You will play a key role in your developments onward success as there's multiple houses and apartments to sell NOW and ideally, you will have previous experience in a New Homes Sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

A bit more about the role:

• Manage sales enquiries from initial contact through to reservation and completion
• Conduct site and show home viewings with prospective buyers
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, agents and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Represent the brand to the highest standards across all customer touchpoints
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in property sales, ideally within new homes
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with buyers and team members
• Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
• Knowledge of the local Edinburgh market is an advantage
