Job description
Executive Assistant
West End, London | £70,000–£75,000 + Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid Working (4 Days in the Office)
We are partnering with a leading global investment firm to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Chairman and two Co-Heads within its Private Credit business.
This is a rare opportunity to become part of a high-performing front-office investment team, supporting three highly influential individuals in a role where you'll be viewed as a genuine business partner. Working at the heart of the business, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring your executives can focus on investment activity, client relationships and strategic priorities, whilst you seamlessly manage the operational demands of their day-to-day responsibilities.
The role offers genuine variety. Whilst the Chairman requires both business and personal support, the two Co-Heads are predominantly business focused, with responsibility extending across complex diary management, international travel, client meetings, committees and the smooth coordination of an exceptionally busy investment team.
We're looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds trusted relationships with ease and enjoys taking ownership. Someone who naturally thinks ahead, exercises sound judgement and remains calm and composed, regardless of how quickly priorities change.
The Role
- Providing dedicated Executive Assistant support to the Chairman and two Co-Heads within the Private Credit business.
- Managing exceptionally complex and constantly evolving diaries, balancing competing priorities and making informed decisions on behalf of your executives.
- Coordinating extensive international travel, including multi-stop itineraries, visas, accommodation and all associated logistics.
- Providing business and personal support to the Chairman, ensuring every aspect of their schedule runs seamlessly.
- Coordinating client meetings, investment committees and senior leadership meetings, ensuring all logistics and briefing materials are prepared to an exceptional standard.
- Acting as a trusted liaison between your executives, clients, investors and colleagues across the business.
- Monitoring priorities across the team, proactively identifying actions and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Managing expenses, correspondence and day-to-day executive administration with exceptional accuracy.
- Building strong relationships with Executive Assistants and stakeholders across the firm's international offices.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team.
About You
- Significant Executive Assistant experience gained within private equity, private credit, investment management, asset management, investment banking or another fast-paced financial services environment.
- Experience supporting multiple senior executives with demanding and constantly changing priorities.
- Exceptional diary management and international travel coordination skills.
- A polished communicator with the confidence to build credibility at the highest levels.
- Highly organised, commercially aware and naturally proactive.
- Calm under pressure with excellent judgement and meticulous attention to detail.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys building long-term partnerships and becoming an extension of the executives they support.
What's on Offer
- £70,000–£75,000 depending on experience.
- Competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
- Hybrid working with four days per week in the office.
- Opportunity to support three highly influential leaders within a globally respected investment firm.
- A collaborative, high-performing culture where Executive Assistants are recognised as trusted business partners.
- Long-term career development within a stable and growing international business.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant looking to operate at the highest level within private credit. Supporting the Chairman and two Co-Heads, you'll become an integral part of a collaborative investment team where professionalism, discretion and initiative are genuinely valued, and where you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact every day.
