Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

Sector: Creative Studio / Content / In-house Creative Team

We are partnering with an in-house creative studio seeking a proactive Creative Project Coordinator to ensure the seamless progression of daily creative projects across the team.

This role is ideal for an individual with a solid understanding of creative studio workflows who thrives on bringing structure, efficiency and momentum to a fast-paced creative environment.

You will manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery, overseeing timelines, creative requests, progress tracking, stakeholder feedback, approvals, documentation and handovers.

This is not solely an administrative role. It suits candidates with experience in creative project coordination, studio traffic management, creative services or production coordination, who are confident collaborating closely with designers, motion designers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate creative projects from briefing to delivery

• Develop, update and maintain project timelines

• Monitor progress across multiple creative requests

• Proactively chase feedback, approvals and outstanding information

• Assist in prioritising studio workload and business-as-usual requests

• Keep designers and motion designers informed and unblocked

• Maintain clear and organised project documentation and folder structures

• Serve as the central point of contact for project status updates

• Ensure deliverables are completed and handed over on schedule

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in roles such as Creative Project Coordinator, Studio Traffic Coordinator, Creative Services Coordinator, Production Coordinator or equivalent

• Background in agency, brand, in-house creative studio, design, content or marketing environments

• Understanding of creative workflows from brief to delivery

• Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

• Confident managing timelines, priorities and multiple concurrent projects

• Effective at following up on feedback and keeping stakeholders informed

• Able to support creative teams efficiently without adding unnecessary complexity

• Calm, proactive and practical approach within a dynamic studio setting

This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys being closely involved in the creative process and naturally gravitates towards organisation, delivery and keeping the studio running smoothly.
