We are working with a leading US law firm in London looking to hire a Real Estate Finance Associate (2–7 PQE) into a high-performing and growing team.

The Role

You will work on a broad range of high-value, cross-border real estate finance transactions, acting for borrowers, lenders, and institutional investors across a variety of asset classes. The practice is well-integrated internationally, working closely with US and European colleagues, offering exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.

Candidate Profile

• 2–7 PQE with experience in real estate finance
• Strong technical grounding with the ability to confidently articulate deal experience
• Commercial, assured, and keen to take on responsibility within a growing team

Process & Package
