HGV Class 1 DriversBased LichfieldOngoingDays: Any 5 days out of 7 including weekendsStarts: 18:00 - 09:00PAYE Day Pay RatesWeekday: £210.00 (£235.30 with holiday pay inclusive)Weekend: £235.00 (£264.50 with holiday pay inclusive)Driver Require are recruiting Class 1 Drivers for a manufacturing company based in Lichfield. We're looking for morning or night shift, any 4 hour window between 18:00 - 09:00.Main ResponsibilitiesDelivering to major RDCs with some multidropFarm collections drop and swapEnsure that daily vehicle checks are carried out and any defects are duly reported, ensuring the vehicle and its load are road-worthy and do not pose a threat to other road-users.Liaising with CustomersAbide by customers rules and regulations whilst on siteLiaising with the Transport Team to ensure that they are kept appraised of the status of your delivery and whereaboutsEffectively managing your driving time so that you dont acquire infringements.Skills and Experience Required2 years experience of driving Class 1 vehicles on UK roadsMaximum 6 points on licence with no major convictions ( DD/DR/IN10's)Driver CPC qualification cardTPBN1_UKTJ
