Location: Southampton & Surrounding Areas
Pay: From £16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday | Day Shifts
Contract: Ongoing Temporary & Temp-to-Perm Opportunities
TLP Recruitment Southampton are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to support a range of well-established transport and logistics clients across Southampton and the surrounding areas.
We have a variety of ongoing driving opportunities available, including pallet distribution, general haulage, multidrop deliveries and commercial transport operations. Whether you're looking for long-term work or a route into a permanent role, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role Depending on the assignment, duties may include:
Multi-drop deliveries and collections
Pallet network deliveries
Commercial deliveries to businesses and distribution centres
General haulage work
Using tail lifts and pump trucks where required
Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
Delivering goods safely, efficiently and on time
Providing a professional service to customers
What We're Looking For Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
Driver CPC Qualification Card
Digital Tachograph Card
Previous Class 2 driving experience
Multi-drop or pallet network experience advantageous
Good understanding of Driver Hours and tachograph legislation
Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude
Maximum 6 penalty points (No DR or IN endorsements)
