JOB INFORMATION - Commercial Gas Engineer / Mechanical Engineer PART TIME
\n \n
- Based from home and working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas systems and mechanical / plantroom maintenance
- You would be responsible for carrying out PPM Schedules and meeting set KPI Targets covering high end apartments blocks (communial heating systems) and offices.
- 24 hour rota for emergency call out 1 in 7
- 23 days annual leave,
- This role would suit someone looking for more of a work/life balance. My clioent is fleixible and will take someone on 3 /4 days /week

- Excellent staff retention with employees serving over 20 years
- Recognised industry qualifications including ACS tickets
- Good customer services skills, well-presented and articulate
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas systems and mechanical systems
- Experience of working on HVAC maintenance contracts previously would be advantegious but is not essential
