Our client, based in Theale, is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative with MHE experience to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

\n

Working within the Operations and Logistics team, you will play a key role in the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring high levels of accuracy and safety at all times.

\n

MHE experience is essential.
In-house licences and training may be considered for suitable candidates.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Safely receive and process incoming goods.

\n

• Check deliveries for accuracy, quality, and completeness.

\n

• Accurately record and process goods using the company's warehouse management systems.

\n

• Operate a Flexi Forklift Truck safely and effectively.

\n

• Maintain accurate stock records, both electronically and manually.

\n

• Load and unload vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.

\n

• Carry out accurate order picking and preparation for dispatch.

\n

• Ensure warehouse facilities and handling equipment are maintained to a safe standard.

\n

• Support the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations/Logistics Manager with additional duties as required.

\n\n

Essential Skills & Experience

\n

\n
• Previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment (2 years preferred)

\n

• MHE experience

\n

• Basic IT and computer skills

\n

• Reliable, committed, and capable of working effectively within a team.

\n\n

\n

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

\n

\n
• Flexi or Bendi Forklift Truck experience.

\n

• Full UK driving licence.

\n

• Fire Marshal training.

\n\n
