Pay Rate:
Days: £13.40 per hour
Nights: £13.90 per hour
Freezer: Additional £0.50 per hour shift allowance
We are currently recruiting for experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Bicester.
Shift Patterns You will work 5 days out of 7 , with one weekend day always off .
Days: 6:00am 3:00pm
Afternoons: 12:00pm 9:00pm
Nights: 9:00pm 6:00am
The Role As a Reach Truck Driver, your responsibilities will include:
Safely operating a Reach Truck
Moving and storing stock throughout the warehouse
Loading and unloading goods
Picking and placing stock at height
Completing general FLT duties as required
Following site health & safety procedures
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Freezer Environment Some shifts will involve working in a freezer environment.
Additional £0.50 per hour freezer allowance
Forklifts have heated cabins
Regular breaks provided every 2 hours
You may occasionally need to get off the forklift to complete other duties
Candidates must be comfortable working in cold temperatures
Requirements Valid external Reach Truck licence in-house licences will not be accepted
Previous Reach Truck experience
Good understanding of FLT health & safety
Reliable and punctual
Flexible to work 5 days out of 7
Comfortable working in chilled/freezer environments where required
You will only need to provide your own safety shoes and dress appropriately/warmly for the working environment.
