HGV Class 1 driver
*At least 12 months road experience on Class 1 required*
*Nights out, start time range from 02:00 up to 17:00*
24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 driver on behalf of our client in Stoke-On-Trent (ST4).
We require HGV Class 1 driver to work on an ongoing basis (all year around contract). Working out of their RDC you will be trunking goods to a client stores throughout the UK. Your day will generally consist of up to 3 drops and 1-2 collections. We can offer a Monday to Friday work.
HGV Class 1 driver will require:
Hold valid a Class 1 / C+E License
No more than 6 points (No DD's, DR's, TT's or IN's)
Hold valid Tacho and CPC cards
MUST have at least 12 months experience on Class 1
MUST be able to do nights out when/if required (might be 1-2 per week)
HGV Class 1 driver work will involve:
Working for one of fastest growing business in the Midlands, our client offers new modern trucks and continuity of work
Long term ongoing position
40-60 hours per week (on average)
Immediate start available
Nights out available
6th shift available when required
Temp to Perm positions available for the right candidates
HGV Class 1 driver will receive:
PAYE Dynamic rates
Days between 06:00 - 1600 £17.70 per hour
Afternoons between 16:00 - 22:00 £19.47 per hour
Nights between 22:00 - 06:00 £21.24 per hour
Night out £26.20
