Now expanding to meet growing demand, they're looking for a dentist who takes real pride in their composite work, connects well with patients, and wants a long-term home somewhere that genuinely invests in the people delivering the dentistry. With case values of £4,000–£7,000, a high-converting patient base, and full TCO support, the earning potential here is serious and the infrastructure to reach it is already in place.

- Earning potential of around £20,000 per month at full capacity

- Flexible start - begin with 1-2 days and build your book at a natural pace
- Clinical focus: composite bonding, smile makeovers, aligner treatment, and comprehensive treatment planning
- Dedicated Treatment Coordinator on site to support new patient consultations and case conversions
- Technology: Dentally software, iTero scanner, 3D printing, and an in-house mini lab
- 1:1 mentoring with the principal, funded CPD including longer-form programmes and Masters-level courses where appropriate, and quarterly clinician growth sessions
- Central Liverpool location - short walk from Liverpool Lime Street station
- Negotiable start date
Requirements
- Full GDC registration
- Recognised dental degree (BDS or equivalent)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- 2-3 years UK clinical experience, ideally with a background in private or cosmetic dentistry
- Demonstrable composite bonding experience - portfolio required prior to interview
