Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ – 2 Years PQE)

Blackpool | £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits


A well-established, Legal 500-ranked law firm is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ – 2 Years PQE) to join its highly regarded claimant team in Blackpool.


This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a close-knit and supportive department that is recognised for handling complex, life-changing clinical negligence claims. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced specialists on high-value and sensitive cases, with a particular focus on birth injury and cerebral palsy claims.


The Role

You'll manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters while providing support on more complex, high-value litigation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their expertise in serious injury and birth injury work within a collaborative team environment.


The team is known for its supportive approach to training and development, making this an excellent move for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to two years' PQE who is keen to build a long-term career in claimant clinical negligence.


About You

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 2 years' PQE.
  • Experience of claimant clinical negligence work during training or post-qualification.
  • A genuine interest in complex birth injury and cerebral palsy claims.
  • Strong client care and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach when working with vulnerable clients and their families.
