This role sits within a full-service real estate department handling complex and high-value work across both public and private sectors. You will gain exposure across a broad range of matters, including:

Landlord & Tenant

Investor & Developer transactions

Real Estate Finance

You will work alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers, benefiting from strong mentorship and genuine progression prospects. The firm is widely recognised as a leading legal employer and is actively growing towards Top 30 status — making this an exciting moment to join.

Requirements

• Senior Associate experience in commercial real estate, gained at a large regional or City firm
• Technically strong with excellent drafting ability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time and matter management
• Property management or development experience is desirable
