• 07:00 15:00 | Sunday Thursday
• 07:00 15:00 | Tuesday Saturday (2 vacancies available)

The Role

Quest Employment is recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Bicester.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and experienced drivers looking for ongoing temporary work with immediate starts available. The role involves operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently while supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
• Completing stock movements accurately
• Carrying out daily forklift checks and reporting any issues
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required

Requirements

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
• In-house forklift licences will not be accepted
• Previous Counterbalance experience within a warehouse environment
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
