A rare opportunity has arisen for a 2-4 PQE Associate to join the London office of a leading US law firm within its highly regarded UK M&A practice.
The role will involve advising on complex cross border public and private M&A transactions for a diverse client base including UK listed companies, multinational organisations and financial sponsors across sectors such as technology, consumer, financial services, fintech, pharma, natural resources, crypto, media and industrials. The work is high profile and includes some of the most sophisticated transactions in the UK and internationally.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative and high performing team, working closely with recognised market leaders on complex deals from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have trained and qualified at a leading City, US or international firm and bring strong experience in complex M&A transactions, excellent technical ability and sound commercial judgement. Australian and New Zealand qualified lawyers will also be considered where they have 4-6 years’ post-qualification experience in their respective jurisdictions. Experience managing cross border matters and supervising junior lawyers will be highly regarded.
