Executive Consultant

(Experience level: 3+ years.) This role is perfect for experienced recruiters looking for their next challenge. As an Executive Consultant, you will manage the entire candidate recruitment process, working with both candidates and clients, and mentor junior members of the team.

We work and have very well-established relationships with the globe's leading FinTechs i.e., quant funds, hedge funds, software development firms, prop/systematic/diversified trading firms, and award-winning startups!

Key responsibilities of the role

• Identify & Qualify: Source and approach potential candidates in a telephone-based environment, assessing their suitability against specific client requirements
• Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high-quality professionals
• Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads
• Provide mentorship and help train junior team members

• Proven recruitment experience in our markets/similar verticals that show you can shape and attract top passive talent
• Solid billing/placements history and role longevity
• Comprehensive market knowledge and strong commercial awareness
• Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
• Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills
