Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Central London
Salary: £28,000 basic + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process, including:

• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing high-quality talent through a variety of channels
• Managing interviews and candidate preparation
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Developing new business opportunities within your specialist market
• Becoming a trusted recruitment partner within the technology sector

You'll be supported by experienced consultants from day one, giving you the tools to become a successful recruiter.

Previous recruitment experience isn't required.

Instead, our client is looking for people with the right attitude and potential, including:

• Resilience and the ability to stay motivated through setbacks
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A competitive and ambitious mindset
• Confidence speaking with people over the phone and in person
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or other target-driven environments is advantageous but not essential.
