Quest Employment is currently recruiting Flexi Reach Truck Drivers on behalf of our client based in Lutterworth (LE17).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse operation, offering consistent weekday hours, competitive pay, and overtime opportunities.

Location: Lutterworth, LE17
Pay Rate: £14.12 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm
Overtime: Available

The Role

As a Flexi Reach Truck Driver, you will play a key role in the warehouse operation, ensuring stock is moved safely and efficiently throughout the site. You will be responsible for operating a Flexi Truck to support goods movement, replenishment, and warehouse activities while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Flexi Reach Truck within the warehouse.
• Move and store stock in designated warehouse locations.
• Complete replenishment tasks to support warehouse operations.
• Load and unload goods as required.
• Carry out stock movements accurately using warehouse procedures.
• Support the wider warehouse team when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

• A valid Flexi Truck licence is essential.
• Previous Flexi Reach Truck and warehouse experience is required.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
• A reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own transport is essential due to the location and limited public transport options.
• A DBS check will be carried out as part of the pre-employment process.

Important Information

This role is based within a high-security warehouse due to the nature and value of the products stored on site. As part of the site's security procedures, all employees are subject to routine security searches when entering and leaving the warehouse.
