Location:Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Salary:£28,000 basic + uncapped commission
Year 1 OTE:£45,000+

The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and engaging high-quality professionals within specialist sectors
• Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to successful placement
• Preparing candidates for interviews and handling offer negotiations
• Developing your own network and becoming a recognised expert within your market
