As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training and support while learning every aspect of 360-degree recruitment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates through our database, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and social media.
• Screening candidates to assess their skills, experience and suitability for vacancies.
• Developing new business by contacting prospective clients and introducing Eventus Recruitment's services.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to interview, offer and placement.
• Writing and advertising job vacancies across multiple platforms.
• Keeping our CRM and candidate records up to date.
• Attending internal and external training to develop your recruitment, sales and industry knowledge.
• Progressing towards managing your own client portfolio and recruitment desk as part of our 360 recruitment model.

• £26,500 £30,000 basic salary.
