My Challenger Bank client is recruiting for an experienced Business Analytics & Reporting candidate to join them for a 12 Month FTC role:

Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of management reporting for the lending business, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
Take ownership of key datasets and management information processes, maintaining robust data governance, quality standards, and reporting controls
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, reforecasts, and business plans to support performance management, strategic planning, and commercial decision-making
Produce regulatory, audit, and risk reporting, providing comprehensive analysis, reporting packs, and supporting documentation to meet governance requirements
Conduct detailed ad hoc analysis on complex business issues, transforming data into meaningful insights and recommendations for senior management
Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality and reporting issues, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and control frameworks
Serve as a subject matter expert on business change initiatives, including system implementations, reporting enhancements, process optimisation, and platform development
Build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation, communicating complex financial, analytical, and operational information clearly and effectively to a wide range of stakeholders

What you will Bring:

Previous experience or knowledge of running/managing year-end/audit cycles is essential
Experience in working with large data sets
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent technology skills
Lending experience is desirable

Salary: dependent on experience

Location: London (hybrid working pattern)
