Tax Solicitor

Job description

We are working with a national law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their Tax team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading Tax practice providing tax advice on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, private equity transactions, corporate migrations, financing and capital markets transactions, investment funds and real estate structures.

The successful candidate will also advise on international and cross-border tax planning, transfer pricing, tax reporting and disclosure obligations, and contentious tax matters, including tax disputes and interactions with revenue authorities.

Essential Criteria:

• 2+ years’ PQE
• Tax law background;
• Excellent academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Team player;
• Strong communication skills.
