We're looking for an outstandingHead of Data Science to lead our next phase of growth.

You'll inherit a high-performing team, executive sponsorship, a significant portfolio of opportunities, and an advanced Databricks platform that is central to our data and AI strategy.
This isn't about proving the value of data science.

Beyond your direct team, you'll help shape standards and influence a broader analytics community across Evri.
A World-Class Platform to Build Upon
We've already invested heavily in our data foundations.
Our Data Science capability is built on a modern Databricks Lakehouse platform, enabling large-scale machine learning, optimisation and advanced analytics across the business. You'll work closely with Data Engineering to continue evolving the platform and ensuring it supports the next generation of data science, AI and decision intelligence solutions.
Databricks experience is essential.
We're looking for someone who has successfully delivered production-grade data science solutions within a Databricks environment and can combine deep technical credibility with strategic leadership capability.
What You'll Bring
You're a proven Data Science leader who knows how to translate technical capability into commercial value.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make complex technical concepts accessible and actionable
- A passion for building capability, setting standards and developing high‑perform‑ing teams
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role isn't measured by the number of models built.
It's measured by the value they create.
You'll be recognised for increasing the commercial impact of data science across the business, improving the speed and quality of delivery, raising technical standards and helping Evri turn advanced analytics into a genuine competitive advantage.
