The Business

This is a well-known fashion brand with a reputation for quality and a high level of engagement with its customer base.

The Opportunity

The business is now looking for commercial lawyer to join its highly business facing legal team. In this role, you will review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply and distribution, warehousing and logistics as well as tech and digital, marketing and IP.

About You

A broad general commercial contracts background is key, most likely with experience acting for or working with a consumer business or a retail business. Additional experience in data privacy and tech and / or digital would be useful. The ability to work with multiple teams in a global business and liaise with creative minds is also key, as is the ability to establish effective working relationships across the global business.
