Responsibilities

  • Manage virtual assessment processes, including meeting setup, assessment administration and candidate support.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to organise logistics, manage availability and coordinate team catch-ups.
  • Support a range of people initiatives alongside the HR team
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple regions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while balancing stakeholder availability and differing time zones.


We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting teams in an administrative, coordination or operations-focused role.
  • Is comfortable managing complex calendars and arranging meetings across international locations.
  • Takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Builds strong relationships and enjoys working collaboratively with others.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both in person and in writing.
  • Remains organised and effective when balancing multiple priorities.
