What you’ll be doing as a General Manager:
- Developing, Leading and motivating the front-of-house team;
- Responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining a high-performing team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure high levels of guest experience and team performance.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high venue and service standards.
- Manage the daily operations, from overseeing stock control and ordering, to ensuring health and safety standards are exceeded.
- Drive sales and profitability by monitoring budgets, optimizing costs, and implementing effective strategies.
- Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and the local community.
- This role requiresa hands-on approach to management, with the ability to lead from the front. 85% of your time will be spent front of house with the team and guests.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.

- Proven experience in a people led senior management role within hospitality.
- A natural leader who can motivate and develop teams of varying age and experience.
- A hands-on manager with a keen eye for detail and an complete commitment to service and standard excellence.
- Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
- A passion for local food, drink, and community engagement.
