Salary: Up to £36,000 + Performance Bonus

As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the General Manager, leading the team and driving operational excellence across the restaurant.

Your responsibilities as an Assistant Manager will include:

• Supporting the General Manager in delivering exceptional restaurant performance.

• Leading, coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.

• Creating a positive culture focused on service, quality and teamwork.

• Helping drive sales, profitability and operational standards.

• Ensuring compliance across food safety, health & safety and company procedures.

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.

• Taking ownership of the restaurant operation during key trading periods.
