Senior Consultant - Manager, Operating Model Design

A rapidly growing life sciences consultancy is looking to add Senior Consultants and Managers to its Operating Model Design practice.

This team partners with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organisations to design and implement operating models that enable growth, improve effectiveness, and support strategic transformation.

Typical project work includes:

• Commercial operating model design
• Organisational transformation
• Role and capability design
• Cross-functional ways of working
• Launch operating models
• Business transformation and implementation support

We're looking for:

• Experience within life sciences consulting
• Exposure to operating model, organisational design, transformation, or commercial effectiveness projects
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing capabilities
• Experience managing project workstreams
• Desire to work in a hands-on, entrepreneurial consulting environment
