Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / CILEX Lawyer (5+ PQE) | City of London £75k - £85k + DOE | Hybrid Working 3days in office after probation.

A leading Legal 500-ranked/Chambers ranked City law firm with a prominent name in the market is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Lawyer to join its busy and successful Residential Conveyancing team.

Joining an established team of over 25 professionals, you will manage your own varied Residential Property caseload, with the complexity tailored to your experience. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake high-quality work with genuine scope to develop and progress.

The Role

Your caseload will include:

• Working on challenging matters with HNW clients
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Title reporting, searches and due diligence
• Managing matters from instruction through to completion
• Post-exchange and post-completion work
• Liaising with clients, agents and other parties

About You

• You will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX Lawyer with 5+ years’ PQE or equivalent experience.
• Competent with complex technical matters.
• You must be confident managing your own Residential Conveyancing caseload and committed to providing excellent client service.
