Responsibilities
- Manage virtual assessment processes, including meeting setup, assessment administration and candidate support.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to organise logistics, manage availability and coordinate team catch-ups.
- Support a range of people initiatives alongside the HR team
- Coordinate interviews across multiple regions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while balancing stakeholder availability and differing time zones.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting teams in an administrative, coordination or operations-focused role.
- Is comfortable managing complex calendars and arranging meetings across international locations.
- Takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Builds strong relationships and enjoys working collaboratively with others.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both in person and in writing.
- Remains organised and effective when balancing multiple priorities.
