Job description
Hunter Dunning is working with an established architectural practice in Gloucester on a Design Lead role within their education team. This position focuses on leading schools, colleges and higher education projects across RIBA Stages 1 to 3, with an emphasis on concept design, spatial strategy and client engagement.
Your Experience
• ARB registered Architect or equivalent qualification
• Strong portfolio demonstrating education sector projects
• Experience across schools, colleges or higher education
• Proven experience leading RIBA Stages 1 to 3
• Knowledge of Department for Education guidance and standards
• Strong presentation, communication and team leadership skills
