We’re looking for multiple Mid and Senior level Red Team Specialists to support the buildout of a Red Team function. • Build, maintain, and enhance bespoke offensive tooling and implants to support operational objectives.
  • Conduct intelligence-led adversary simulation exercises and targeted assessments.
  • Deliver clear technical reporting and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Red Team Specialist – Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading and executing multi-phase red team operations beyond traditional penetration testing activities.
  • Strong software development skills with experience creating offensive tooling in languages such as C, C#, Rust, Go, or Python.
  • Deep understanding of Windows and Linux environments, including authentication mechanisms, trust relationships, and defensive technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with an adversarial mindset, demonstrating persistence, creativity, and adaptability during complex engagements.
  • Eligibility to obtain, or currently hold UK clearance, alongside willingness to commute to a secure office location as required.

If you're passionate about offensive security and want to work on high-impact engagements with some of the industry's leading experts, we'd love to hear from you.
