I'm working with a leading UK law firm with a strong national and regional presence and an outstanding reputation across the commercial legal market.

Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint Corporate Solicitors from NQ through to Senior Associate level to join its Manchester office.

The Opportunity

You'll advise a broad portfolio of clients, from ambitious owner-managed businesses to major UK and international organisations, working alongside highly regarded partners on a varied caseload.

Your work will include:

• Private Equity transactions (the firm's fastest-growing practice area)
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• General corporate advisory work
• High-value transactions, including deals worth up to £300 million
• Supporting a diverse client base across multiple sectors
