An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a growing and reputable national law firm in one of their key UK offices. Summary

Job title: Associate - Principal Associate

Location: Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Thames Valley

Salary: Up to £75,000 DoE

Reports to: Head of Private Client

Experience: 3+ years’ PQE in private client law

The Role

The successful applicant will manage a varied caseload covering:

• Drafting wills and trusts
• Advising on estate planning and tax matters
• Administering estates and navigating probate processes
• Providing clear guidance on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced colleagues, contributing to client-focused solutions and innovative outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years’ PQE in private wealth matters
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Organised, with excellent case management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
