We are working with a high-growth international strategy consulting firm seeking to hire Managers and Senior Consultants to join its expanding team.

The firm operates globally and supports clients on high-impact strategic challenges, delivering data-driven insights and practical recommendations. Teams are lean, partner-led, and highly involved in execution, offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders and tangible outcomes.

The Role

Managers and Senior Consultants are embedded directly into project teams from day one, contributing to analysis, client deliverables, and strategic recommendations.

You will be expected to operate across both quantitative and qualitative workstreams, demonstrating strong problem-solving ability, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and gather data from multiple sources to address complex business challenges
• Design and execute quantitative analyses to support strategic positioning and growth initiatives
• Contribute to the development of client deliverables throughout the project lifecycle

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in strategy consulting or private equity advisory
• Strong exposure to M&A due diligence (CDD/VDD), value creation, top line growth, performance improvement and synergy realisation
• Highly analytical, results-driven, and comfortable solving complex strategic problems
• Demonstrates professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
