Location: Edinburgh (Onsite)
Contract: Long term - Until 27 February 2027
We're hiring a Field Services Engineer to provide onsite and remote IT support for end-user devices and workplace technologies.
Key Skills:
- Active SC Clearance (Essential)
- Windows 10/11
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- Desktop & Laptop Support
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
- Basic Networking (LAN/WAN/TCP-IP)
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Device build & rollout
- End-user technical support
- IT equipment maintenance
- Hardware & software troubleshooting
- Datacentre hands & eyes support
