Project Manager (SC Cleared)

Swift Strategies is hiring an SC Cleared Project Manager to join our delivery team.

Swift Strategies is a digital, data and technology consultancy specialising in transformation. We partner with government departments, public bodies and education organisations to deliver strategic, user-centred solutions that improve outcomes for the people who use them.

The Role

You'll manage the delivery of complex operational and logistical change programmes across public sector clients — this is not a technical/software delivery role. Examples of the type of work involved include policy change implementation, building and site access projects, and infrastructure rollouts such as WiFi access. You'll manage budgets and stakeholder relationships, own workstreams end-to-end, and resolve blockers to keep delivery on track.

What We're Looking For

✔ Experience managing logistical, operational or policy-driven projects — not software/IT delivery

✔ Track record delivering projects such as building/site access changes, infrastructure rollouts, or policy implementation

✔ Understanding of waterfall and/or agile delivery principles

✔ Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

✔ Relevant qualifications (PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum, Lean Kanban or similar) advantageous

Essential

MUST HAVE ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE

MUST HAVE UK PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE

Experience within governance, compliance or regulatory frameworks in public sector environments
