Healthcare Advisory Associate - Top 100 UK Law Firm
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days home)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Generous Bonus Scheme + Benefits
My client is looking for a Healthcare Solicitor looking to handle high-profile, politically sensitive work. With clear, defined career progression.
The Team and Work
You will be joining a leading group of over 50 specialists, including Legal 500-recognised lawyers, who hold decades-long relationships with major health and social care clients. A key focus of your role will be maintaining and deepening these relationships with senior NHS management while working on some of the most critical and high-profile cases in the sector.
Your caseload will cover a broad, engaging scope of healthcare advisory matters, including:
- Inquests & Article 2 cases
- Court of Protection (CoP)
- Mental Health & Mental Capacity Law
- Public Law & Governance
- Information Law

Ideal Candidate
You are a qualified Solicitor with solid experience in healthcare law, Court of Protection, inquests, or public law advisory matters. You pride yourself on your client-facing skills, strategic thinking, and ability to navigate complex, sensitive legal frameworks for NHS trusts and care providers.
