Oracle Fusion Expert - HCM/HR- SC cleared/eligible

Amber Labs is supporting a large scale central government project, transforming multiple organisations technology landscapes into a single operating model using Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will act in a assurance capacity alongside two other systems integration partners, acting as the SME on all things Oracle Fusion - HCM/HR.

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion migration specialist- HCM/HR- to assist with the successful delivery of this public sector based project, you will:

• Ensure the data migration from existing platforms is executed to the highest standards, engaging with all necessary parties in a consultative manner.
• Utilising the tech to allow better reporting, easier system maintenance, improved governance whilst reducing operational costs long term.
• Widen your context of the project via appropriate stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure the SI partners are maximising the potential of the Oracle Fusion Application Suite.
• Recommend best practises are followed from the start and throughout the project to successful delivery.

Proven experience working on transformative Oracle Fusion cloud based projects in the public sector space- or highly regulated environments- is a must for this role... Weekly travel to London is required, potentially Midlands/The North on ad-hoc basis too.
