Support Worker Learning & Physical Disabilities - Havant, Hampshire

Up to £13.05 per hour - Brendon Lodge, Denvilles, Havant (PO9) - 46 Hours - Days - Permanent

Are you a caring, patient, and enthusiastic person with experience in care or support work, looking for a role where you will genuinely make a difference every single day? Dolphin Homes is recruiting a Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Brendon Lodge, our 9-bed residential service in Denvilles, Havant, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.

This is a 46-hour, full-time position working day shifts on a permanent basis.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Support Worker at Brendon Lodge in Havant, no two days are the same. You will provide practical, emotional, and personal support to help the individuals we support live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and supporting daily routines
  • Assisting with dietary plans and meal preparation
  • Teaching life skills to promote independence
  • Supporting individuals within the local Havant community
  • Transporting and accompanying service users to appointments and activities
  • Accompanying service users on activities and outings

And the activities are genuinely something special:

Theme parks, Swimming, Horse riding, Cinema, UK and abroad holidays, Arts and crafts, Concerts, Cycling, Baking and much more!
