Job description
Influence the Growth of an Established Private Wealth Team
Join an established Private Wealth team in a role offering greater influence, visible leadership responsibility and a genuine route towards Director.
The firm has a strong reputation for advising high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and internationally connected families. Its size provides access to technically complex clients and specialist expertise, while the partner-led structure keeps senior professionals close to clients and decision-makers.
You will manage a substantial portfolio of private clients, acting as a trusted adviser on a broad range of personal tax matters. The client base provides the complexity expected at Senior Manager level, together with the opportunity to build long-term relationships and identify areas where further advice can add value.
This is not a position where you simply inherit a portfolio and maintain it. The role includes working closely with Partners and Directors on business development, client strategy and the continued improvement of how work is delivered.
There is also a significant leadership element, including overseeing workflow, maintaining technical and service standards, coaching junior colleagues and helping Managers develop their own client and leadership skills.
Greater autonomy, visible influence within the team and a defined route towards Directormake this more than a conventional portfolio-management role.
The firm supports progression through structured mentoring, leadership development and clear career planning. Longer-term Partner prospects are also available for someone who continues to build their commercial and leadership profile.
The opportunity would suit a CTA or ACA-qualified Private Client Tax Senior Manager with strong practice experience and the confidence to manage important client relationships.
Hybrid and flexible working are available, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
